Daffodils
Acrylic on Crushed Paper
18 x 24

This painting is a good example of contrasts complimenting each other. A view of Emmert's house - looking in - the paint is disintegrating on the weathered wood. A fragment of an old, torn, green shade hangs in front of a cheap, plastic curtain, while an empty peanut jar holds fresh daffodils I had picked from the yard. |
